Welcome to our holiday villa available for rent in the South of France between Provence and the French Riviera, on the Peninsula of Giens.
The spacious holiday rental villa, superbly situated right above the sea, has one of the best views of the French Riviera. Its huge terrace overlooks a highly colourful Provencal landscape garden with a 180 deg panoramic view over the Tour Fondue, Porquerolles and Ribaud islands, and the fantastic blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
Part of a private estate in the environmentally protected green part of the Presqu'ile, the villa is the owner's family retreat. Filled with home comforts, it is particularly well suited for a family of 10 people. You can come here and fully enjoy all the water sports, the tranquility of the place and relax just watching the view over the islands of Hyeres.
The holiday villa has a large (2000 m2) fenced garden with pine trees, green oaks, mimosas and abundant flowers. From a very safe wooden stairway you can walk down to the sea and enjoy a peaceful swim, snorkeling or / and scuba diving, windsurfing or sunbathing.
The beautiful small harbour of Niel, two minutes walk down the street, is the perfect place to bring your boat, which you can easily hire in Hyeres: boat is the best way to visit the Golden Islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Levant.
From the ruins of the castle of the charming village of Giens, just two minutes drive away, you can see a 360 degrees view of Toulon, through Hyeres and round to the Islands. Very Provencal in style, Giens will surprise you with its very good food shops and excellent wine shop in addition to all its other amenities. The town Market, on Tuesday morning, is a special event not to miss.
The large beaches along the peninsula, Almanarre beach (to the West) and Bergerie Beach (to the East) are two of the best of the Cote Varoise. Almanarre beach is one of the best spots for Funboards during West winds. Bergerie Beach often has the warmer water of the area, as it is a shallower beach.
'Lune de Niel' is only 15 minutes away from the Toulon/Hyeres Airport, and two hours from Nice Airport or Marseille Airport. The TGV train stops in Hyeres, and the …. Motorway passes through. In other words, it is an easy place to get to.
Ferries run frequently in the area, so you can comfortably visit the three renowned Jewels of the Cote d'Azur, either from Tour Fondue or Hyeres Harbour.
